I really wish the game had a separate text skip button that didn't activate conversation options.
What part of "you can't save during the drive" did you not understand?
It's constant combat, the game won't let you save. I wanted to save and have been saving every chance I get, but while in combat, which is what that drive is, you can't save.
This isn't rocket science, it's just the English language.
So you're complaining about not being able to save every second in combat? You never complained about the Vita chambers in Bioshock did you?
You drive for ten minutes then go into a boss fight, my complaint is I don't want to have to go from a ten minute drive into a situation in which I can die without some way to save, because it's not fun doing that drive a second time.
Eh with Bioware there is a certain level of acceptance of bugs and glitches.
They didn't change the way they programmed when they made KOTOR, they won't do it now.
Anyway if you guys think you have something to complain about...
I had my auto-save disappear on me and my only other manual save (which 2 minutes before I had just saved the game over my other save) had me trapped in an interior room with no way to get the door open. So I wound up starting over.
So a warning to all of you, if your saving before a fight and your not sure if you've killed all the enemies (occasionally the game will let you save if you don't), do not save in a corner room or something. The door just stopped opening for me.
The game otherwise is great. I think Biotics are pretty weak (implementation wise) so make sure you pick a gun you like, and your squad is pretty retarded and won't do even the most basic things to save their own lives. I'm willing ot overlook that though because the game is one of the moodiest and best cinematic experiences I've played in a long, long, time.
The inside of Peak 15 is where the game glitched out on me, but if you stay out of combat long enough you can save. I was able to save after every fight on my way up there.
This game would be absolutely fucking amazing if you could somehow coop it. Because the squad AI sure is retarded. I also don't much like the combat since the enemies will stay under cover forever unless you lure them out, but oh well.
There are a lot of complaints in this thread.
Not so in the Mario Galaxy thread.
I'm picking this game up on Monday, hopefully I'll have finished Galaxy by then.
Galaxy is a perfect game. This is good, amazing even, but not perfect.
