Yeah, it's not like in Philadelphia where nothing keeps it in check. When NYC transit strikes they get fined up the ass, so it's not really worth it.
Either way, it's going to be really shitty tomorrow. Ice like whoa.
Maybe it'll be like the NHL strike, and the transit unions will turn down a really good deal from the city at the last minute, have to sit out the entire year, and then accept another contract where each district has $12 million less in their salary cap.

Ok, it's a half assed strike that only affects private lines. Tomorrow they're going to up the ante.
