Halo 3,Gears of war,Oblivion,Saints row,Blue dragon,Mass effect,Black,MGS4,Full auto,and Too human.
My pre-orders for 2006 are:
Ibara (Cave meets Raizing! How can you not like?)
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (Looks like it fixes all of the problems with the already excellent Morrowind. This is THE reason I bought an Xbox 360)
Zelda: Twilight Princess (The chance of this sucking is nearly zero)
The games I'm interested in but not ready to commit to yet:
Drill Dozer (Played it on an emu and it didn't completely grab me. Maybe it'll be a different story when it's in english)
Odama (The world's first pinball rts. I think it might be interesting, but the oddity means that this is definitely a wait-and-see title)
Chibi Robo (Again, the concept is neat but the game seems so odd that I'll have to rent it first)
Radirgy (Chaos Field wasn't bad but wasn't great either. And if this follows the same release pattern, there will be a better non-import version)
Gradius Portable on PSP (Well, the originals are great. But the PSP's screen is a different aspect ratio and the system has the worst dpad EVER. Maybe I'll get this if Capcom or someone grows a brain and does a proper release of that dpad overlay. Gradius NEEDS good control)
phantasy star universe (pc/ps2)
megaman battle network 6 (gba)
megaman x collection (ps2)
zelda twilight princess (gc)
final fantasy 5 (gba)
I thought that was the word chosen to describe Xbox 360 threads.Quote:

and this 360 game...I think it's Full Auto?
Twilight Princess - This seems to be a nice departure from Windwaker (not saying Windwaker is a bad game)
Disgaea 2 - I really don't care if it's not too different from Disgaea, I <3 NIS and will buy this day 1. At least the graphics seem to have a substantial upgrade from Phantom Brave and Makai Kingdom
Kingdom Hearts 2 - As I mentioned in another thread, I don't care too much for Tetsuya Nomura's character design, but I enjoyed the first game, so....
Rogue Galaxy - Level 5 has never let me down yet.
Oblivion - Does this need any explanation?
Smash Bros - Still one of the best trash talk enducing party games ever.
Hopefuls for 2k6
Virtua Fighter 5 - My skills in VF are only above average and never will come close to the experts, but I enjoy playing them. (Is this being released in 2006?)
Future Smash TV Title - Midway is working on a new Smash TV game. I love the Williams/Midway dual joystick shooters (Robotron, Smash TV, Total Carnage), so I have high hopes for this. Unfortunately, the track record in the updates of Midway's classic games have been abysmal so far (see NARC, Spy Hunter, Gauntlet, and L.A.Rush)
This should be a lot better than 2005. I wonder how some of the later PS2 RPGs will fare if the PS3 comes out first.
through May, roughly in chonological order:
Grandia III
Disgaea 2
Tales of Legendia
Shadow Hearts 3
Atelier Iris 2
Steambot Chronicles
after May:
Kingdom Hearts 2
Okami
Phantasy Star Universe
Rogue Galaxy
Sakura Taisen 1&2 PSP
Tales of the Abyss
Xenosaga 3
Xenosaga 1&2 DS
Team Fortress 2.
Still waiting...
Holy shit, I am going to be busy in 2006.Quote:

MGS4 will not make it out in 06'(domestic anyways). Thats my disappointment of the year. I predict Halo 3 and MGS4 releasing on the same day in March of 07'
