Yeah, Pepsi Throwback reminds me a lot of RC's Royal Crown Draft Cola they used to sell in bottles years ago.

At first, I didn't much care for it, but now I can't wait to go run out and buy another 12 pack or 20 oz bottle of the stuff.
It reminds me of a mix between Pitch Black 1 and Voltage.

I forgot to mention that I had some Pepsi Natural a while back.
While Throwback is gone, this stuff looks to be the higher-priced premium which some may want to buy instead of HFCS junk. It tasted pretty similar to Throwback but wasn't exactly the same, and I can't quite describe the difference. 4 12oz bottles are sold for $6 so this definitely isn't a drink you guzzle down on a hot summer day.
I considered it ironic that the ingredient listing for Natrual is longer than for Throwback.
