Odd. I looked for this tonight out of curiosity, wondering if there had even been pictures of the packaging released. This is what I come back to.
I don't like the packaging. Not very distinctive. I'll keep an eye out for it.
p.s. BevNet sucks. Their reviews are crap.
I haven't seen this either, but I'll try it out the second I do. :chunobi:
FUCK THAT SHIT!!!!
...to put it bluntly.
Coca-Cola shut off my blood supply by killing Vanilla Coke. :(
Guess I'm stuck with Bawls and Cream Soda now.
Soon they will have all flavors...even poop.
All sodas are inferior substitues to the ultimate soda, Cream Soda.
Gee, I wonder who they stole this idea from?
I love the new Cherry coke. Best cola sub-flavour ever, even better than Blue Pepsi. Throwing vanilla in seems a bit dodgy, though.
Hmmm?Quote:

So many kinds of Coke now, its silly. I can go into any gas station around here and choose from:
Coca-Cola Classic, Diet Coke, Diet Coke with Splenda, Caffine Free Diet Coke
Cherry Coke, Diet Cherry Coke
Vanilla Coke, Diet Vanilla Coke
Coke with Lime, Diet Coke with Lime
Diet Lemon Coke
Black Cherry Vanilla Coke, Diet Black Cherry Vanilla Coke
Thats a lot.
Except that lemon and vanilla are officially dead. I suspect Vanilla Coke will be back, just not right away. They seem to not want people to associate this new product with Vanilla Coke, though, and seem to be banking more on the classic Coca-Cola logo. Makes me think not a lot of people like Vanilla Coke as much as I do.Quote:

Mmmm new diet colas to try.Quote:

Berries and Cream into a soda? For one thing, that sounds like holiday soda bullshit to me. Berries and Cream, sounds like holiday stuff because it's like pie and soda in a blender, popped into a can? Orange and Coke...I don't think so. All of these testers:Quote:

Oh, and Black Cherry Vanilla...sounds pretty good. Vanilla Coke was the shizzit when it was ice-cold. Might just be the thing to start getting me to drink soda again.
Sonic has had this for a long ass time. Doesnt really taste half bad.Quote:

How's the strawberry one? And what's up with that Ocean Water drink? Does it burn your insides? The description of Ocean Water: "Cool, blue and tangy with a hint of coconut!" No words, man. No words. I've never been able to eat or drink anything that was blue. Doesn't seem natural (I understand that it's not, I'm just saying).Quote:

Soda Club anyone? ;) Who here likes orange soda? My favorite at the moment is the Orange Tropicana Twister.
Cherry Limeade is one of the greatest sodas ever. They recently made a diet version which tastes just as good. Gotta get it with half the ice though. Sonic is the shit.Quote:

Me. Coke Zero tastes NOTHING like Coke, and I haven't tried Splenda Diet Coke yet, but my guess is that it still tastes like Diet Coke.Quote:

It'll probably die by middle of next year, which will suck, but what can you do.
I hate C2 because it tastes like regular Coke.Quote:

This is why C2 is dying.
Pepsi One beats all of those diet colas. Of course, Diet Dr Pepper will always reign supreme.
Pepsi cherry is by far the best out of those cola hybrids but I'll be trying this.
Adding vanilla is really just...showing off though.
Well, the thing is, there isn't an official Black Cherry soda on the market. You got Dr Browns and other assorted bootleg sodas but I think that's pretty much it.
This isn't a bad idea but yeah, adding vanilla is retarded (it'll probably ruin it too)
True, true.Quote:

Good picture. Captures the essence of wanting to have a drink (a non-alcoholic drink to you alkies ;)). Water is great. It is my beverage of choice, besides an occasional CBTL tea, Chai or glass of Dole Orange Peach Mango juice (this stuff is good). Water is all around wonderful, except for the fact that you have to pay for it and the only flavour that's any good is clean ^-^. And to accent my distaste for eating or drinking anything blue:Quote:

Looks like we have another new flavor of Coke!
Its Coca Cola Blāk..coke + coffee! More caffiene for all! I wonder when it'll show up on US soil..but for now I guess France will get a crack at it first.
Here's the press release: Coca Cola Blak press release
..and here's the new stuff.
http://www2.coca-cola.com/presscente...ds/lg_blak.jpg
WTF? Wouldn't that be pronounced "blake"?
Coffee and soda goes together about as well as Mountain Dew and wine.
Figured since it's out of test market here in DFW, I'd post about Dr. Pepper's new flavor, 'Dr. Pepper Berries & Cream'. It's decent enough, worth $1 to see if you like it, imo. It's a bit heavy on the cream, but the diet version doesn't taste like a watery diet drink, which I like. If you're in Texas, this has been available in the large cities for about a month now, and it's been in Denton since early February. Anyways, here's what they look like (pics stoleded from eBay):

BTW Diet Coke with Splenda was awesome while It was out here in NJ. It actually tasted like Coke. My body reacted to it like I was drinking sugar, but it ws Diet and it was Splenda. I was in heaven for those 6 months.
Diet Coke Black Cherry and Vanilla ... I'm drinking right now. MMMMMMMmmmm good.
Berries and Cream?
What?
I was worried that they'd start pulling Diet Coke w/ Splenda. It's still all over the place around here, and I like it a ton. Maybe since C2 is still around here the local plant will continue bottling it.
Everything in this thread is disgusting.
Seriously. Fuck soda.
Seriously. Fuck morons who come into threads to say, "Seriously. Fuck this."
When will Coke make a Hefeweizen?
Coke Blak is coming here apparently.
http://www2.coca-cola.com/presscente...come_blak.html
I'm actually okay with Coke Zero now. Thought I'd give you that update, because I know you were all worried about it.
Tried Black Cherry Vanilla Coke, and it's one of the strangest damn sodas I've ever tried. The three flavors are somehow totally separate when you drink it. Take a sip, and for a second it's regular old coke, then it suddenly changes to cherry, then it suddenly changed to vanilla.
It's strange that it tastes like the flavors it advertises?
http://www.bevnet.com/images/reviews...-float-can.jpg
Big Red isn't available too many places outside of Texas, but if you see this...don't. Just don't.
You can big red up here in some spots, and it is really gross. I saw Barqs: Red Cream Soda in like Montana, and its the same exact crap.
See, I'm a fan of Big Red, the regular drink. This shit is horrid, though.
I miss Clearly Canadian.
Anyway, I drink as much as I can for free and it is refilled to the brim every night (and this is an old shot, when new drinks happen, they show up too). Rock.

It is honestly the greatest benefit of all time. Who else gets free soda at their job?
I did at the job I had before going back to school. Damn I got fat fast.
I'm sorry, Master.
Yeah, EVERYBODY does that at first. Then you switch to diet drinks only. I am constantly giving up soda for a couple weeks at a time, only to take it up again. It is just too damn convenient.Quote:

See I thought it tasted like straight up rum and coke. Even the ingredients on the back cannot convince me there is not any rum in that soda.Quote:

And, yes, strangely, that means I don't like it.
Ive been drinking nothing but Coke Zero for my Soda needs, and the more and more I drink it the more its tasting just like Coke Classic. Especially when its warm. But I bet if I suddenly drank a regular classic coke I would change my mind completely, but im not going to ruin a good thing.
This reminds me; every year at warped tour I am forced to drink countless cups of the newest coke product, because water costs $3.
I stopped drinking soda years ago but I want to try that now.Quote:

I'm curious about Coke Blak also. I keep seeing ads for it on TV but there's no mention of when it will be out. I have a feeling it will taste nasty as I don't care for coffee but I'm always up for trying the lastest cola.
I always try a soda I have never seen before. I was out in Oregon last week, and they had Pineapple soda, and I just about flipped. And it was really tasty. Managed to find some back here...but it was in the Mexican food section so that does not count.
I found some of this soda. It is delicious.Quote:

sums it up for me right there. last thing i picked up from 7-11 (the only place that ever gets anything new) was a Sour Cherry Bubble Yum soda. it wasn't very good, but it tasted exactly like Bubble Yum (so you either like it or not). before that was the Green Apple Jolly Rancher soda. better than the Bubble Yum, and it tasted exactly like the candy, but still something i wouldn't go out and specifically get. the 7-11 brand sodas ain't too shabby, either. their apple ginger spice soda is pretty good, while their lime-something, and cranberry-something something, are only so-so. didn't try their colas but i can't imagine them tasting any different than what's already out there.Quote:

I'll admit I was happy to see something sour apple flavored.
I'm not sure that I'd go so far as to say that it tastes like regular Coke after a while, but it does get better with time. At first it tastes like that ghetto soda that you purchase for $.10 a can.Quote:

2. 7-11 Big Gulp brand (bottles) Apple Ginger soda. Was not bad.
3. Apple Cidra. You probably won't find it outside of an Asian grocer, but it tastes like the best kind of artificial apple. Kind of like the inside of an apple Warhead candy, once you get past the sour part. It's amazing. If I could get it in cases, I would.
Several regional sodas make Apple flavors. When I was in Washington I saw plenty of "Montanas Own: Flathead Lake Monster" It came in Apple and Huckleberry.Quote:

There is also a mexican brand of apple soda in the mex isle of the grocery store, although it probably doesn't appear much outside of socal. I forget what it's called. I remember it being ok but nothing special.Quote:

Other sodas I found worth mentioning were the Fire and Ice flavors of Sprite. Sprite with ginger and mint, respectively. Mint soda is weird.
Oh and for Schlep. They are still making Diet Coke Splenda. Here in NJ ... its just hard to find, since its still a test thing. Only a few Supermarkets have it here.
Yeah, I bought some last night at Kroger. They still don't have 12 packs of Coke Zero available locally, which is odd.
Yeah ive not seen 12 packs of Zero either, I usually buy 2 liters anyways though.
Black Cherry Vanilla Coke is pretty good. It tastes like what you'd get if you mixed cherry coke and vanilla coke together. Not a flavor anybody asked for, but it'll make up for vanilla coke somewhat.
The diet version, on the other hand, just tastes like diet coke. I can't tell the difference.
Coke Blak is horrible and whoever came up with the flavor should be fired.
that sounds absolutely revolting. :yuck:Quote:

Supposedly, during passover you can buy Kosher Coca-Cola. Its made with sucrose instead of high fructose corn syrup. It costs like twice as much as well apparently. I have not seen it myself, but I guess it exists.
They should call it Kosha-Cola.
Har. Har.
True. Not available in all markets. I've never had it. I know some years they marked it with yellow caps, I don't know if they do every year though.Quote:

Coke Blak was supposed to be out everywhere, but I can't find it in my area of Boston at all. Kind of irritated.
Dunlap, I've seen pictures of Sprite Fire before, but I've never talked to anyone who sampled it. I was curious as to whether or not it has more of a normal ginger bite, like a strong ginger ale like Reed's, or if it was actually spicy like Jamaican ginger beer. I know Sprite Ice was available in Canada for a while, and I was upset that I never got to try it.
kedawa, I myself am looking for a good lemon soda I can drink for reasonable prices, and I still haven't found a widely available option. CC Lemon is okay when I'm at the Asian supermarkets around here, but it's too expensive to drink a lot of.
