I finally found Animal Crossing today, but it seems like everyone I used to leach off of has locked their hotspots. :(

Until you find another hotspot, believe me, the offline will keep you very busy. Simple brilliance. A co-worker recently bought his little girl a Gamecube, Sonic Mega collection, Mario Sunshine and AC on my recommendation. All three of them are playing AC nonstop.

His wife bought an extra memory card just so they could all have their own house and trade stuff. Even though I have the DS game, I now want to try the GC game someday, if not for the cool extra items like NES games.

My bad, you are right. This is indeed a significant gain. Looks like the giga packs actually paid off a bit for Sony.

We will have to exchange Animal Crossing codes sometime.
