My score won't be getting any higher unless I find a weak spot on the Hind-D.
Oh No. Do Arcade Scores Count? I've beaten this game on countless machines across the Northeast, Canada, and California, almost always on One Credit...I love this game. I dream in it, in fact.
WHAT AM I SAYING? Is this game even ON a console yet? Damn like I know what my scores were...
I wish CZ was on PS2, especially after the job Namco did on Time Crisis II.
I'll always pick stage 3 (Garland Tech Center) first to get the annoying Tiger & Edgey out of the way early.
That combo counter doesn't really do much if anything to help scores... the one thing that truly matters is killing the enemies quick. I wish I could take out those 2 small red choppers during the stage 2 boss battle a bit quicker.
I'm trying to get around 5.5M myself... one player I know has gotten there with a time of 13'14"98.

I'm so happy I found this thread. This has been my favourite game going on 2 years now. I'd stopped playing though, this is a great excuse to pick up that fantabulous submahcinegun again...
However I HAVE noticed that different machines are ABSOLUTELY on different difficulty levels, and I DO KNOW that difficulty increases with good performance, but different machines are still different.
Do you guys get your scores on a large screened one or a small one?
Man I've gotta go play over break...
My scores are mostly on a 27" (small) machine. While the enemies are larger targets on a 50", it is easier to make quick sweeps on a 27". That ranking system is another reason I play Stage 3 first- I can imagine Tiger & Edgey becoming absolute bastards if the game has a chance to rank you as good. I think the helicopter is actually the easiest of the 3 main bosses- the tank is harder IMO since it has all these gunports on its sides.

Here's my latest score- just two steps forward with about 18K pts. more, but anyways...

The clear time is 50/100 second faster than my old record.
