PS3 to offer online service?

Here is my take:

A company doesn't put out a survey like this to guage "excitement level", they are trying to determine which features are the most important. If you think that entire list of features is going to be implemented, you are insane. They have a lot of ground to cover in a short period of time. It will be interesting to see what they come up with.

PS: No mention of achievements in the survey. It is either definitely in, or completely out.

Now lets all speculate what they will implement and what they will cut.

I'm really leary of all these Sony promises. We're hearing the same things about PS3 that we did about PS2 (supercomputer, faster than God, etc.) and now Sony Live too? My prediction: In reality the PS3 will have slightly better graphics than Xbox360 (much less of a gap than the one between PS2 and Xbox). Sony's online service will have tons of movies and music for pay download like Itunes but suck ass compared to Xbox Live as far as online gaming is concerned. The backwards compatibility will have tons of compatibility issues, the controller sucks ass if it's still the boomerang, and the system will cost 600 bucks.

I think this is the generation Microsoft pulls even with Sony.

Most of those aren't even questions.
Besides, there's no entry for 'Use EyeToy to expose your junk to strangers?'

Confusing.

I always loved when sports games had challenges, and then the Smackdown series... so now that EVERY game has it, I love 'em even more. Gives me something to strive for now in a game I might have already finished.
