If the Alpha 3 on this compilation is not Upper, then it is the biggest screw up Capcom ever made. Hell, there is no good reason why Double Upper/Max should not be on this.
If they're going for ARCADE ports, then there is no reason for upper to be on there.

In the Vampire Collection for PS2, does it contain the Saturn version of Vampire Saviour as well? (the one with the entire cast). If it does not, then this does not bode well.
