How do I uncancel an Xbox Live account?

I went through the whole ordeal a year ago trying to get "Salohcin Geen" back as my Xbox Live name with no luck too. Hence Geen82, which is fine, since I've been using that for a shit load of time too.

I'm still shocked that other people have "Geen." What the hell?
