Yeah Tony paid him.

I like the metaphor's.

"Live free or die", "You have an eye for expensive antiques." "The cook and the whole town kinda gay." The fact he stopped into a Bed and Breakfast instead of a motel. Him observing the water meaning cleansing his pasts away and starting anew.
How Tony was getting undressed and Carmella patted the bed like "time for hanky panky." and he was like you know I can't my heart. Then, when you remember back to the beginning Vito told his mistress that he can't cause of his heart, due to his low fat count or some shit.

I thought Meadow was supposed to be the smart one? I'd like to see a storyline where Vito finds out who ratted on him and ends up killing Finn, but it looks like he's just trying to start a new life.

Another great episode, although I could have done without the preachy Iraq stuff. Felt awkward and shoehorned in.

I was a bit preoccupied when it happened, but in the beginning when Tony sits down to read his yacht magazine, the central air unit starts making noise. So he gets up, takes the top off, which stops the noise, then sits down... and it starts making the same noise again.

Then the scene ended.

Was there something I missed there?

I think its a metaphor that no matter how you try to get rid of something it never goes away. On the surface the problem might go away, but its never REALLY gone.

Kind of a boring episode, redeemed only by the fact that a lot of it took place in my former state of residence, New Hampshire.

Nah, it was just about Tony trying to kick back and enjoy life and how it's impossible to do that all the time, the frustrations of life will always be there.

Just in case it wasn't clear: muscle-head's head was held low -- I wasn't suggesting you should be doing so.

And Vito really makes a fine dandy -- swishing around town in his casual clothes, antique shopping, and scoping out that next piece of man-flesh.

When the hell are we going to see Meadow naked? That's really the only reason I watch.
