You'll get your copy as long as the store gets enough in, and you pick it up within the time alotted by each store. EB gives you two days to come in and get it, I'm not sure what Gamestop's time limit is.

I was under the impression that the movie disc was included with the first print run of the regular Subsistence package, instead of being an LE exclusive. I could be wrong though. The fourth disc (MGS Saga) definitely has to be an LE exclusive.

That first bit of info was debunked a few weeks ago, when the LE was formatlly shown. I think you can get Saga if you pre-order any verison.
EBGames #1 told me today - No more pre-orders for the LE (email from Corp) and that each store would only get 2 copies of the LE no matter the # of pre-orders.
EBGames #2 told me today (after frantically calling them - they have my pre-order) - No more pre-orders for the LE (email from Corp) and each store would get the # of pre-orders and no more additional copies. So you have 0 pre-orders, you get 0 copies in store.
EBGames #1 is more reliable, but #2 seems more realistic.
Youch, only 2 in each store? That'll make for a mad dash to EB on the release date.
I expect the second one to be the case. And if it does turn out to be the first one, they're going to have to deal with a whole lot of pissed off customers. Which might be fun anyway!Quote:

I haven't gotten a call to come pick it up, but I'll check EB out this weekend to see if they have it, or find out when it's coming in. It seems to vary store-to-store. Some are giving it out now, and others are giving it out when the game comes in, which is more convenient.
They didn't call, but I wouldn't have heard the call because I was in class all day. I just went into the store to pick up my copy of Black and they handed it to me. I properly freaked out.

The way it sounds you get metal gear saga just for preodering either.
It's been known for a while that the LE will have the Existence disc and the two-disc regular edition won't. You can get Saga for pre-ordering either version.
The LE gets the "Existence" disc, which is basically MGS3 re-edited into a 3 hour movie with new narration. The documentary comes with all preorders.

They told me they weren't supposed to give me mine yet, but they gave me one anyway since I spend so much time there. I don't know when they're supposed to actually give them away or if they're already starting to do so.
I asked the guy if they had them, he said yes. Showed him my receipt and he gave it to me. As he was looking the receipt over, he asked a nearby manager if it was okay, and he said as long as the person preordered, yeah. You should have no problem getting one.
