A) Chronic Homelessness is often the product of an addiction to drugs or alcohol, or mental illness (mental illness being about 25% of homeless people). Being poor doesn't lead directly to being homeless. Normal people don't become and stay homeless. Normal people might become homeless if they are the victim of extreme circumastances, but we as a society make sure they have every chance to not stay homeless.Quote:

Over 150,000 of the homeless people in China are kids left to fend for themselves on the streets of metropolitan areas. That's not counting the families of homeless people that have kids, that is just kids that are completely alone and homeless.
C) On any one night the US will have approximately 750,000 homeless people, and China will have approximately 60,000,000. That is nearly 100 times the number of homeless people. Go China.
