It figures; the Yanks get the Weaver that's a complete headcase and the Angels get the one that isn't.
The Tigers look extremely weak against elite teams. The Yanks and White Sox have hammered them.Quote:

I really think the Mets are going to bring the hammer down on the Phils this week. Mets' bats have been quiet lately but every starter is just humming. I don't know if the Mets have been hotter than this all year, and this is with starting guys like Tucker and Ledee. Plus the Phils have had a terrible strain on their pen this weekend.
The Tigers will be out in the first round if they play a team from the AL East.
Yeah, the Phillies season is coming to a symbolic end in the next three days. There will be way too many teams to hop in the Wild Card hunt, even if the GB doesn't look too bad.Quote:

eh...looks like Pedro is hurt again. A strained right calf muscle. Wonderful.
Cole Hamels is the man, regardless of Mets pitching getting beat on tonight he kept his head in the game and continued to show that he's a force to be reckoned with in the Major Leagues.
Pedro is made of balsa wood.
i am having so much fun watching my Reds implode, Bronson Arroyo should lay off the fucking guitar. Now Eddie's hurt, super.
