Yeah but like I said their offense is a shitload better this year. Last years' pitching + this year's offense = unbeatable.

It doesn't look like they have last year's pitching. And they sure as shit don't have last year's bullpen.Quote:

I called it. If I recall correctly the Yankees had a better record then Cleveland and have a shot at the post-season when Cleveland never did but it was a huge deal when they beat up on the Yankees. So teams only suck and deserve your trash-talk when they're not the Mets, right? Cause the Mets always have an excuse, along with everything else you support and belief? Unquestionable, right? Gotcha.Quote:

Let's here some more excuses Yoshi. Why was it such a big deal when the Indians trashed the Yanks then got whipped the next night but not when the Mets got whipped 2 nights in a row and shut-out 2/3 of the games in the series? That Phillies starting rotation you love to talk about has posted a 0.74 against the Mets so far in the series.
Stop trying ot reason with Yoshi
I guess it's just some feint hope that maybe someday he'll realize that nobody takes him seriously. It's still fun though, the Kansas City Royals could sweep the Mets and he'd be saying the same shit but god-help the Yankees if Kansas City were to sweep them, they'd be crowned the worst team in baseball. I want to see the Mets lose in the post-season just to see Yoshi's excuses.
I want to see a '00 Subway repeat to hear his excuses.
