The Mets probably will play Tuesday night as they played the final five innings Monday night -- without two-thirds of their regular outfield.
Carlos Beltran didn't play for the second straight night because of the strained right hamstring he suffered on Saturday, and he wasn't sure he'd play Tuesday, either. And Cliff Floyd was removed from the game Monday after he strained a muscle in his rib cage in the fourth inning.
Floyd said he would try to play. Beltran said he's been told not to play until he feels 100 percent.
"I feel better, but not 100 percent," he said.
