Coca-Cola's Vault is now available nationwide. To those of you who miss Surge, no, it's not exactly the same, but it's a lot closer than anything else on the market. I feel like if Mountain Dew and dnL mated, this is what we'd get. It's good. Try it.

As for the return of Josta, yeah, I wish. There was nothing that good. Guarana Antarctica is as close as I've ever gotten. There was a recipe for a Josta tastealike using Pepsi, Bawls, and one Sobe flavor in different proportions which I meant to try. Probably not even close, but it could be fun.

I have not tried Vault, but I was really dissapointed with Cherry Vanilla coke. It isn't bad, it just nowhere as good as either cherry or vanilla coke. Very bland, not really verry much vanilla or cherry at all.
The only coke Ill drink on a regular basis is vanilla coke, which is awesome.

Coke's Vault & Pepsi's MDX are addictions. Vault has more of a flavour to Surge than MDX, but MDX is green.
It makes me happy to see more green drinks.

I remember back in the day, when N64 was the shit, me and a friend walked all the way to a grocery store to get something stupid, I can't remember. Anyhow, Surge had just came out and they were giving it away for promotion, and so me and my friend got a ton.
We walked back to my house and stayed up playing the best new game (at the time) Starfox 64, while drinking Surge. It was one of the greatest moments of my childhood.
That or seeing a dead hooker in the woods.

I've been giving it a shot. Had about 3 bottles now. I don't think it's as good as Surge, but it may just be my memory playing tricks on me. I really wish i could try some surge again. I get the feeling it wasn't as sweet as Vault it.
Surge had more of an orange taste to it, Vault tastes just another Lemon/lime soda.
By the way, I got to try Mr. Pibb Xtra at the Hoover Dam when I went to Vegas a few weeks ago. Now I am pissed we don't get it here in CT.

Vault sounds good, but I wish they would bring back Pepsi Kona(the coffee flavored Pepsi).
Coke Blak is probably as close as we're going to get. I remember them testing Pepsi Kona around Philly, but I can't recall being overwhelmingly excited by it. Not too thrilled about Coke Blak either. I like coffee and I like cola, but I don't know if I want them together.Quote:

I don't understand C2. Either you drink diet or you don't. Half the calories of regular is still a lot of calories.
My neighbor drinks C2 a lot. I like the taste, but don't really buy it for whatever reason.
What still pisses me off is Dr. Pepper getting rid of Red Fusion.

I actually enjoy C2, and I know at home it's still easy to find, but I don't see much of it around Boston. I can't get a straight answer on whether or not it's discontinued, but last time I checked, it wasn't on Coke's website anymore. I liked it not so much for the concern of diet, but for some reason the taste reminds me of flat Coke that was still carbonated somehow, and I dig that.

Stopped at a Quiktrip and a Racetrac; neither one had Coke Blak, so it's not released here. I picked up a Vault Zero, and it's pretty good. Reminds me of Mello Yellow (I think).
i tried Vault the other day and it's nothing special. it's Mt Dew with more pep. i wouldn't have bought it, but there was a coupon at Rite Aid where you buy two 20 oz. Coke products and get a bottle of Vault/Vault Zero free. stock up, bitches.
