Dead Rising

I think I've all but decided this game is simply not for me. When I first heard about it, I thought it would be lame, but then as I heard more things closer to release I got excited. I got swept up in the TNL mania and I lost. This is exactly what happened with Black and White. I didn't care, got more interested, bought it, liked it for a few hours and then realized there is way too much babysitting in it. If anyone is still interested in this game and wants to purchase it at a lower cost, fire me a PM.

I'm working on Genocide right now. I'm at about 21,000 wit well over 55 hours left so I should have it by day 4. Kind of getting repetative. Then I have to go for Indoorsman and Outdoorsman which is just more sitting around.

Exactly what I'm doing right now. I'm at 19.5k with a little more than 55 hours left, too. Looking forward to getting the real Mega Buster. Does anyone know how that spawns? If I put all that effort into getting it, does it respawn if I start a new game?

Also, I just got to lvl 37, which is the last speed upgrade, and man I was expecting another boost like the second one. :( It does feel faster, but it's not as big of a leap.

I just got the kill 10 bosses and take their pictures achievements and now I'm thinking I might as well just go rescue people until special ops show up for the exp. Then when special ops show up I'm going to keep killing them until it hits noon on the 3rd day.

I have no plans of making it back to the helipad, but if I want to unlock the mega man shit for the achievements I think I need to finish the game.

I am convinced Brett's sole existence consists of nothing else but playing as much video games as possible and posting about it on TNL.

It's been a long night of playing this game for me. First I spent several hours (2-4) killing 53,593 zombies, and then I went and completed overtime without getting knocked out. This is without a doubt one of the most addicting games I have ever played.

Hand to Hand is becoming one of the strong points of this game for me; I just found the wrestling book and now I'm mowing the fuck out of zombies in the maintnence tunels so I can get 1,000 kills.

Tomorrow I'll do the 53,000 kills and at that point I'll be level 50 and I can walk through overtime mode without getting knocked out and then go on to survive for 7 days in infinity mode, which shouldn't be too hard if I'm 50 and can walk like a zombie and just worry about finding food.
