Morrison is planning to file a lawsuit against the Nevada State Athletic Commission on the grounds of HIV discrimination for refusing to grant him a boxing license and preventing him from making a living as a boxer.

As harmless as HIV is, it's still better for him to NOT be put back into the ring. Blood flies in boxing matches, so he could potentially infect everyone he fights. It's not terribly likely, but it is a risk that IS likely and I'm sure no one is willing to take that chance.

One needs to look no further than the fact it took Tommy 10 years to figure out this angle as to the state of his intelligence.

HIV boy should beat his opponent to the ground and then squeeze one of his facial wounds into the guys eyes while laughing maniacally. "YOU LOSE BITCH!"

Tommy's best fight was against Rocky.
