Glad I'm not the only one. I'm terrified of our school's bathrooms, since they're made entirely of that thinish metal that shocks oh-so-well. I honestly try to open and close the stall doors nor with my feet, or cover my hands and whatnot.

I'm afraid of the static on the doors of my dad's van.

It's the only object I know of with a 100% shock rate. And it's brutal.

That's hilarious. I can't stand being shocked, even if it isn't that big of a deal. When I have a hunch that I might be "charged," I will do anything to avoid metal.

turn your hand so that the back of it touches the metal first youll still get a slight shock BUT the back of your hand is alot less sensitive than your fingers chances are youll barely feel it and then the charge is displaced and you can open it like normal again

Heh, I usually slap the back of my hand against whatever object to displace the charge.
