Thats why I dont pay full price for games anymore. Avoid the orgasm that comes from every game launch on every site ("omg I got it today, 2 hours in loving it so far...") and wait for it to drop or catch it on sale.Quote:

I've been doing my best on that strategy. The only games I've paid full price for in 2006 are Ridge Racer 6, and I know I'll get $60 worth out of that since I am 20 hours in already and only about halfway done, and Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max, which I had to buy to get the damn d-pad cover.
Glad to see that we're sticking to our guns. I'm still doing the same thing. You see it took us a year (?) after God of War launch to get it, and I'm holding out on the X-Box 360 like it's nothing. It's nice when you play it, but there are no "must-have" games out in the system right now.Quote:
