watching Doom right now, it is superior in every way over DVD. Rock solid picture, deep colors, simply perfection.

I don't know if I would recommend spending $500 for a player at this point but if you have the option I don't think anyone would choose to watch a SD DVD over a HD DVD. If you have a big screen HDTV it rocks.

Probably so...seemed to be selling pretty well around here. By the time I got to Best Buy, they'd gotten down to the last 5 copies out of 30+ recieved. The Gamestops I went to had 30/32 reserves a piece.

I like the movie (saw it months before, of course).

I'm more excited for the Steambot Chronicles Demo than anything.

I would have picked up Atelier Iris 2 if the Gamestop i reserved it at had recieved it by the time i got there. Why do i do things like reserve games at different places?

I reserved that yesterday but they didn't have the steambot chronicles demo. Instead I got a bag full of free stuff for other games. I got like 5 soundtracks, a stuffed sheep, a Tshirt, Katamri(sp?) bag, some cards, and some demos.

KOF: Neowave for Xbox. Terrible loading times, but one rip to the hard drive took care of that. Now the only real problem is the lack of win quotes... and the terrible selection screen. Why do I have to hold R to choose Venessa? Why not slap a few more portraits right on the screen for easy selection?

Also, AC is 19.99 at Target (and my Target is sold out). I've heard about it being 14.99 at Walmart though, and if you're "lucky" they have some copies bundled with The Spirits Within for the same price.

Picked up the last copy of FF7 Advent Children at any Bust Buy here in Columbus. I had a $5 reward zone credit to use that expires tomorrow so I really wanted to get it there.

They were actually supposed to be sold out of it but I guess someone had one on hold and didn't come to pick it up in 3 days so the dude working the floor hooked me up with it.
