I had seen "Treat Your Mother Right" by Mr. T before, but it never had quite the resound it did in my groove thang that cool spring morn in April. The short shorts he doned couldn't be appreciated back then, but now as his golden brown legs dripped with man juice so ripe I realized the significance of them and why they mattered so much to so many more than a decade ago. The experience was heightened is what I'm trying to say. The reveal of two additional treasures in "Be Somebody" and "Styling" made me wonder just how Mr. T could have gone "out of style" in the early nintees. I listened to this greek adonis, his hair firmly erected on his head in his trademark mohawk. This isn't just music, this is memories and memories are all we have in the end.
Wait - no Mr. T's Commandments? Lame. That was his Stairway To Heaven.
Ha ha. Somehow i opened two windows to "Treat Your Mother Right" and the second one started playing during the first. It was so perfectly synched, i thought that's how it was supposed to be.
That's right Mr. T. Treat your mother right.
