Laws regarding paraphernalia are ridiculous in some states, Ohio included. NORML has a list of some of the crazy shit, state by state. Getting caught with less than 100g of weed on you is a minor misdemeanor with a $100 fine. Paraphernalia possession is a misdemeanor with a $750 fine. How someone decided this makes sense, I don't know.Quote:

Interesting fact, I'm surprised WWE hasn't mentioned this.Quote:

Why do you think that is? Is Vince just so ego-centric that he'd blow tons of dough just to cement in people's minds that WWE is the best and everything else totally sucks?Quote:

Angle never won the WCW title. I know he did win it, but it wasn't the WCW world title then. It was WWE pretending it was WCW title.Quote:

Apparently the real reason Angle's on "vacation" is because he was suspended for drug use.
ECW's rating this week was a 1.4. It's being reported that WWE and SCI-FI expected the drop, but a 1. ratings drop? That's absolutely insane. TNA scored a 1.4. as their highest ratings grab. Their original debut numbers were a 2.8., and in the SUMMER when viewing is slimmer the ratings should be going up because of the newer material.
People stop watching something because it's not interesting to watch or disappointing, failing to live up to the hype. ECW's rating is nothing more than terrible mismanagement of a company and image.
If it keeps declining at this rate you can expect ECW to be cancelled.
Andrew, it was still the WCW world title, and carried on its lineage. That rating is fantastic for TNA, and ECW's drop is just incredible.
Andrew, it was July 4. Raw dropped 1 ratings point too the day before. Shut up.
Edit: You too, Jeremy. Both of you stop being stupid.
Yes, your lordship. Here's some info that might knock you off your high horse.

--Raw did either a 3.5 or 3.6 rating. We don't have full details at the moment. ECW on Tuesday did a 1.5. It did slightly better than I expected, but the decline was significantly greater than the decline in overall TV viewing for the night.
In your face big disgrace.
Also, I forgot about the long weekend.
Here's some news on Orton -Holy Christ is WWE a complete mess right now.Quote:
Sources within WWE are confirming that Randy Orton did not meet the requirements to pass the WWE wellness program drug test. Although many details have not been released, apparently WWE Officials found over eight bottles of non-prescription painkillers in Orton's dressing bag. After the incident with RVD this past week, Vince McMahon had a talk with all talent from all three brands warning them about the use of Painkillers. It should also be noted that Randy Orton tested positive for Steriod use within the last two months. At this point, many aren't sure if WWE will make the story public, with Orton being a centerpiece of this year's Summerslam battling Hulk Hogan. However, if action isn't taken, it would be not only unfair to RVD, it would also look very bad in the eyes of the public. We will have more on this story as it develops.
