Nomi, you gotta make it a priority to rectify that for IIDX. It's like a whole other game when played through a stereo.
I played with headphones once through Tain's old setup, it wasn't anything special. I really have a shitty ear for sound quality and all of that (I always keep my music compressed really low, anything over 128 isn't different to me) so stereos and surround aren't "AMAZING!".
IIDX through proper speakers and a subwoofer is indeed "AMAZING!" I don't like headphones, never use 'em.
