Hardee's line of Deathburgers continues to improve and amaze

I know this shit is also called Carl's Jr and a Six Dollar Burger depending on your location, but even our regional differences cannot stop the incredible Philly Cheese Steak Thickburger:

I just got it and it's as perfect as you would think it would be. While I've lost a few days on my life, I've gained happiness, and that is what matters.

Looks delicious yet threatening at the same time.

Any nutrition info released yet? I'm curious how the fat/calories stack up against the original monster thickburger.

BTW, there are no Hardee's/Carl Jr's anywhere near NY as far as I know, so unless I do a road trip, I'll never know the wonderment of this burger. Probably for the best, I guess.

Nothing wrong with enjoying one of these once in a while. Nanny state health nuts crow on and on about how not doing anything bad will take time of our life, Id rather sacrifice a few months and enjoy myself than keep the months living as a monk.

I had hardee's for the first time in West Virginia. It was solid. It looks like theyre wandering into RU grease truck land with all this variety on one burger.

I eat at Hardee's once a month on my cheat days. I feel like shit afterwards because of all the clean eating I usually do, but it's worth it. This shit tastes 500% better to me than anyone else after eating fucking grilled chicken and wheat bread all month.

Yeah, I usually stick with grilled chicken, oatmeal, wheat bread, tuna, rice, blah blah blah. Cheating is important for a diet. No one can eat clean 365 days a year. If you don't have those cheat meals or treats to look forward to, it just makes staying on a diet that much harder. And really, a cheat meal or two on a regualr basis isn't hurting anyone if you're strict with the diet and exercise the rest of the time.

My personal philosophy is that diet is largely irrelevant as long as you're getting enough excercise to burn it off/flush your circulatory system.

The fucking thing was a burger with a fried cheese patty on top. Picture a fried mozzarella stick but in the shape of a hamburger. It was amazing to behold.

TGI Friday's has a similar thing on one of their Bacon Cheeseburgers. I haven't tried it yet but one of these days I will. I agree with you on the Red Robin. I've been there twice and thoroughly enjoyed it.

i was in pittsburg a few weeks ago and ate at a red robin for the first time, i didnt have that burger, but their stuff is really really good. i had the bacon cheeseburger and it was pretty much the best burger i have ever had.

I'm just chiming to reinforce the Red Robin love. Despite the "atmosphere" it's definitely my favorite restuarant. Everything they make is good, and there's a lot of variety. Salads, fish, chicken, burgers, oriental food, SW food...

They do sing shitty birthday songs for people though, a definite negative.

I have a cheat day once every week but I still won't touch anything like that burger. I'm good off of a Red Robin's classic burger.

Although, I did find out that a chicken pamodori sandwich I had last week had more calories than that thickburger (980 to be exact). It blew my mind that something like a chicken pamodoi sandwich could have that many calories. I would have been better off with a Big Mac.
