Michael Moore did a great bit about these assholes on his old TV show when they were doing this at another funeral. He got a bunch of flamers in a big Pink RV called the "Sodomobile" and had them go try to cheer the protesters up with show tunes, etc.

Michael Moore used to be fucking hilarious before he started taking himself too seriously.

If you were going to do something to these people you should systematically kidnap them and snip their vocal chords so speaking in general would be impossible, but on the whole there's nothing you can do about free speech.
