1. "Wii as "We" as in inclusive, as in drawing in non gamers and gamers alike

Um what's your problem? Thats what really happens when I think of the name "Wii". It's the truth. (Yes I did read the "We" thing in a Nintendo press release, but it does make sense, thus why I think of it when someone says "Wii", the "WHEEE!" thing I thought of :))

As for the google thing, if you are referring to my Evolution Worlds thread, I never thought a website like the one you linked to would actually describe the actual controls (Dpad/analog = move, A= select etc.). I thought that would be more in a FAQ, several of which I checked before I posted that message. Thus I never even thought to try searching google in that way.
