Yesterday was a beautiful day. Rusty, beat up cars that will someday be left on the side of the road with their tires removed were not on the roads. Teachers did not have to cater to kids who don't understand a word they say.
Why were we so fortunate? About 1.1 million people, many of whom shouldn't be in the US in the first place, took to the streets to support immigrants' rights. They successfully made a point. We don't need them.
There are enough legal immigrants from Mexico in the US to ensure that we will never go without nachos. The rest of them could easily be replaced in their no skill jobs by the lazy fucks on welfare, a situation in which everyone wins.
My favorite news story of the day was from Charlotte, where the Young Republicans at UNCC sold bricks for $5 each to symbolize building a wall between the US and Mexico. That's Capitalism at its finest, and it didn't even require illegal immigrant labor.
