How about when your character is tired, have the controller lighly rumble a little. Or on a horror game, when your scared have the characters heart beat faster and simulate this with the rumble feature.
How about 8 way directional rumble?
So sonys statement about "last gen it was about rumble, this gen its about feel" is lame, and they know they couldn't have the rumble feature cause of their lawsuit.
