Yeah, you're going to have to have ANY suit altered for it to actually look good, so just go with that one, and get a better one once you have you have your weight where you want it.

I've had the same decent suit for almost 12 years now, and my weight tends to fluctuate by as much as 40 lbs from one year to the next, but I wear it so little that I pretty much just take it to a tailor before any time I rock it rather than buy a new suit and have it altered anyway.
