That was from my last trip to gatlinburg. You can get to all those spots pretty easily.

Eh, the problem with Gatlinburg nowadays is that it's gone from being a quiet mountain town to a bustling tourist attraction for hillbillies, hippies, and rednecks.

If you want to bask in the area’s natural beauty without being surrounded by all the hubbub of a typical touristy town, then I’d actually suggest spending time on the south-eastern side of the Smoky Mountains; the decreased population and quiet, rural surroundings make it a much more peaceful and appealing vacation spot.

My dad was actually looking into getting a cabin there for a few days. I had no idea that it was actually that gorgeous.

It isn't too hard to get away from the rednecks. For some odd reasons they really enjoy shopping at the bland malls and buying candle holders made from tree stumps. You may only have to deal with 5 or 6 people if you actually go off into a park area.

But you are right, there are a ton of people there now. I remember back when i was a little boy how peaceful it was. It was pretty muchm just minigolf and candle makers. The only people that went to the area were locals of Tenn, north mississippi and north alabama. Now every white dumbshit in the country thinks they need to go.

We used to go to Gatlinburg all the time when I was little. Some of my earliest memories are from there. I remember the hotel we stayed at had black bears in a pit and the tiniest little stream filled with trout so little kids could catch them. I also remember seeing the harriest man alive and being scared of him. (it was probably IP's relative)

Me on the left playing Guitar Hero on someone else's guitar that needs to have the strap lengthened. This was taken on the Sunday night before E3. Bunch of people from work gathered at Peer's house for barbeque. I think in that situation, Guitar Hero is inevitable.
