Assuming I still own my Wii upon their releases, I will definitely pick this up as well as Brawl. That might be it for the year, but two games to play are better than none.

So I know a lot of us got Wiis for Zelda and for Mario Galaxy.

Metroid. Then nothing.

Metroid comes out a few months before Galaxy. After Galaxy, there's Smash Bros, online Mario Kart, and that's pretty much all we know.

Third party-wise, Zack & Wiki, RE: Umbrella Chronicles, NiGHTS, and Dewy's Adventure might turn out well.
