That's awesome.

The only way I can think of this working is if all of the outfits are layered in a way that they can be torn off and altered within 1 second's time. The way she put the scarf on at the end leads me to believe that they've just got putting on costumes down to a very fast art.

I agree. I've seen this kind of thing before. I'm a bit of a magic nut.

The stuff I REALLY don't get are the Copperfield acts. he's just fucking nuts. He's got the one act with the vertically split girl that I still can't figure out. That, and Brett Daniels' Shredder act.

Smoke and mirrors

The camera angle is terrible to tell on some of those quick change. I think this is just done through clever tailoring and downright skill. People that think magic is ruined by revealing the secret are wrong. Quality magic will always be amazing because the skill and showmanship involved in doing it well speak way louder than the actual trick.

This is why I enjoy Penn and Teller magic shows... because they like to show/tell you how its done.

Its still quite impressive even when you know.

Still, it's in front an arena full of people and it's on a floor meant for basketball; meaning there's no holes in the floor to hide items in either. Very impressive trick.

That was my point.

i saw Copperfield when he was in my town and got the floor seats. he was doing simple slight of hand shit inches away and fuck if i still wasn't amazed. amazing how they can do that stuff so close and not give it away.
