If you like Metal Slug 4/5/6, spend money on it. If you don't, don't. But don't try to tell me I should buy a crap game because if I don't, I'll never get any good ones.

Can you tell me what exactly is amazing about four? The game was terrible and down right lazily done. They just re-used countless enemies from games past and swapt colors. Fine don't up grade your 15 year old sprite but at least make some new ones now and then! And five while a hell of a lot better than four isn't all that hot. The game felt totally uninspired just throwing you into a whole bunch of new mechs in a desprate attempt to breath some life into the game.Quote:

I know I'll buy this compilation for the first three (hell metal slug 3 is one of the main reasons I bought an x box in the first place) but four and five will just eat up memory on the disc as far as I'm concerned.
No reason for all the hate on SNK here, I mean it's fricken Metal Slug 1-5...spoiled bitches.
Blaster = Best n00b of the year, hands down.
I really don't see how you can call any of the Metal Slug games terrible. Now sure, the series was best at 1-3 (Metal Slug one is by far my favorite of the series), but all the ones past that are just more of the same. Theres nothing about them that makes them bad games. Im such a fan of Metal Slug that a rehashed game of more of the same, is better than nothing at all. Why? Because Metal Slug's gameplay and style kick ass. I'll take it. As much rehashing that goes on in videogames these days, Metal Slug is on the bottom of my hate list. The more 2d run n gun the better.
MS4-5 are the weaker entries, but there is certain parts I like in each. I hate how MS5 starts of super slow (the boat ride), but the end levels in 5 are awesome. I like how MS4 opens straight into the action, plus it seems more action packed overall than 5.

If the companies want to resell the same shit again then give us something that makes it worth it or price it so cheap that there's no point in pirating. Otherwise, you and the rest of the morally righteous can stuff it.
Moron. Don't try to kid yourself that stealing and buying used are the same thing. I've got Neo Geo roms too, and I don't try to pretend that what I'm doing is fine. Have the damn testicles to admit that you want something for free.

Thanks genius. I love how your "logic" involves insults and little else.
I want something for free SO......wait for it....almost there......
I own all my classic games...
Your "logic" strikes again.
Crawl back into your hole.
By that logic, companies get no revenue from game sales.Quote:
