Found the server, I kept getting errors.
How do I change it so my nickname doesn't default to nomi+bunchofnumbers? That isn't listed as my preferred nick, nor my two alts in my client (Snak for MacOSX). It's only this channel where it happens, everywhere else is Nomi all nice and dandy.

Snak saves it in my preferences. As I said twice, it works for EVERY OTHER CHANNEL. My preferred nick and alternate are fine for every channel except #tnl. This is the only place I'm getting some obscure third unlisted alternate, but no errors when /nick Nomi to change it to what I want. I have no idea why it's doing this.

I'm thinking that I may have tried to register a long time ago, and not done it right. It does this on any channel in the server, but only this server, hence why it works for everywhere else I go. Ah well, guess I'll have to be unlazy and change it every time.

Use firefox with the chatzilla program and you don't have to run a separate program. It opens in a browser window.

So, for the second time in about as many months, maruchan has made his IRC password public in the channel by no fault or reason than his own. I've repeatedly tried to tell him to put that command in the automated list of the program but he refuses to listen. Maybe he likes it when other people steal his nick and use the ghost command to boot him from the channel, I don't know.
We are now placing bets on the next password he uses. Last time it was "mango", this time it was "orange".
