Oliver Stone's: World Trade Center

Sure it'll be about as fun as an all-day Schindler's List marathon but I'll still catch it. The trailer seems to give a lot away so I'm guessing it'll be at least an hour of two dudes pinned down while their families and the rest of the city goes apeshit.

Come to think of it, there really isn't much new one can do with a 9/11 movie. Throwing it into adventure territory would probably piss a lot of people off anyway (but holy shit the special effects would be awesome!)

I, personally, await Scary Movie 5, where they combine this, the other one, and Snakes on a Plane.

I'm sure this will be a solid film because of who all is involved with it, but I just get a weird feeling watching that trailer. I think maybe it's because it's the only historical event based movie where I was around to actually see what happened...just seems a little weird to make a movie about it.

And it really should be called 911. It's just etched into my brain when I think of the attacks.

Can't we just have Tora, Tora, Tora 2 and call it a day?

I'm gracious that the trailer was essentially the movie edited down to the important bits. Seriously, after a trailer like that why even go see the movie, unless you just want your buttons pushed longer.

Two 9/11 movies, right in time for midterm elections.

Maybe this will be up there with Stone's other super awesome movies like Alexander and Natural Born Killers. Oh! Or the Doors, the Greatest rock and roll movie ever made.
