I could play that game in my sleep. The patterns were so predictable.Quote:

Saturn:
Sega Rally - Only had 4 levels, but the demand for perfection, combined with a near perfect control of your car made this game a must play. It still holds up today on gameplay alone.
Virtua Fighter 2 - A defineing moment in 3-D fighting games, only surpassed by Soul Calibur.
Last Gladiators - One of the best videogame pinball games in existance. I never had the opportunity to play the superior Japanese sequel.
Galactic Attack (Layer Section) - From what I've read on these boards, there are better shooters on the Saturn, but this game offered everything great in a 2-D shooter and then some.
World Series Baseball 98 - Why doesn't anyone follow the setup of this great baseball game, with the current systems? The Pitcher/Batter interface is the best ever!
TG-16:
Military Madness - I prefer this game over Advance Wars and Advance Wars is one of the best!
Genesis:
Herzog Zwei - The coolest 2 player RTS ever made. Why we haven't seen an update is beyond words. I guess it has to do with Technosoft no longer existing.
NES:
Mike Tyson's Punchout!!! - We all know why this one is among the elite titles for the NES.
Super Mario 3 - Take everything great about the first title and add about 10 times the replay value. A true classic!
Super C - Frustrating as hell the first time you play it, but once you get the level timing down, the game just rocks.
SNES:
Zelda: ALTTP - This was the first Zelda game that made me a fan of the series. The music, the artwork and the gameplay all melted into a great gaming experience.
Super Metroid - The game really made you feel like you were isolated from the world outside. One of the greatest games ever made.
Final Fantasy 3 (US) - A great music score, combined with a solid storyline and beautiful graphics for it's time. Call me nostalgic, but the game is still fun today.
Street Fighter II Turbo - This game propelled the SNES past the Genesis as the must own system of the 16-bit era. Who didn't enjoy this title?
N-64:
Rogue Squadron - Finally, a Star Wars game that did what every Star Wars fan wanted. The ability to fly an X-Wing and feel like you really were a part of the space battle action.
Pilot Wings 64 - The title was fairly simple, but it just demanded my attention to open up other events and improve my scores.
Waverace - I really felt like I was riding on water with my jet-ski. A defining moment in 32/64 bit racing games.
Playstation:
Wipeout - A cool techno soundtrack, combined with a very unique racing experience. I can still go back to this title and enjoy the challenge it provides.
Colony Wars - The title still holds up pretty well compared to the more current console titles. I'd say it's a better game than Star Lancer on the PC/Dreamcast.
Destruction Derby - This was one of the titles that convinced me, that I needed a Playstation. I don't think there will ever be another game in this genre, that will provide as much fun as DD did.
Dreamcast:
Soul Calibur - The best 3-D fighter in existance. A real showcase of what was possible with the Dreamcast hardware.
Grandia 2 - One of the best JRPG to grace a console in quite some time.
Border Down - A really cool shooter and a must play for anyone that enjoys this kind of game.
Get Bass - Fishing might sound boring to most, but this game has to be considered the best fishing game to ever grace a console.
Airforce Delta - I find this title to be much better than Ace Combat. It's a great mix of arcade, with air fighter simulation.
PS2:
REZ - A truely unique shooter title. It's a love/hate game for most, but the gameplay, along with the thumping music soundtrack make this title a must play.
Guitar Heroes - I'm constantly going back to this game. I've opened up every song available in the normal mode, but there's just something enticing about mastering every song available in this game.
Virtua Fighter Evolution - Take everything great about Virtua Fighter and improve it 2 fold. A great 3-D fighting game.
Xbox:
Star Wars: KOTOR - A truely unique RPG with a great storyline. A must own for any fan of RPG's.
Forza - Take Gran Tourismo, add online gameplay and the ability to customize your paintjobs. A real standout racing title of the current generation.
Star Wars:Battlefront 1/2 - One of the best reasons to have an Xbox Live account. A truely fun online game!
Burnout 3 - I couldn't imagine racing games getting any better, until this title came along. Add in online play and you have the best racing game ever.
GC:
Rogue Squadron 2 - A true showcase of the power of Gamecube. A must own for any fan of the Star Wars space battles.
Metroid Prime - Another title that showed the power of the GC hardware. Metroid in 3-D. Wow!
RE4 - I never liked the tank like controls of Resident Evil. All is forgiven with this title.
I was kind of referring to the commercial for it.Quote:
