Digging the simple hatching there. Very Moebius.
Few more Boss Battles- LeChuck from Monkey Island and the Stage 4 boss from Astyanax.
I really like the way you use the greys for shading Bacon, they look so fleshed out feel like they have mass. Especially like the pirate dude.
Two random drawings from the past week or so, one where I was doing the whole "try to use very clean lines" approach and the other with my old "scratchy" approach to drawing.
I like the scratchy.
Really dig the explosion in the first one! Drawin' a nice juicy 'splosion is no small feat.
Looks good pineapple. I like the clean lines but I'd love to see you break out with more line variation. I know I've said it before, but it's true, at the very leas get a larger tipped pen for your outlines and the key lines inside your drawings.
Good work overall man. Keep it up.
It's a good suggestion, and I have some larger tipped pens so I'll give them a shot, thanks JM.
Did some more work on the scratchy pic, went from being probably Dark Souls themed to definitely Dark Souls themed.
Two things I was working on today with the bigger tipped pens. First one I just draw some random lines and it turned into a stylized kind of "pi" symbol, from there I just looked at negative space and drew things into that. Silly shit. Also, I am awesome at drawing cars. lol
Then I thought I'd try a dragon kinda guy, and do something I never do with dragons: texture! Come to think of it, I don't do texture on a lot of stuff, usually. But I like how this one is going.
These were both done with the same 05 Micron pen as opposed to the 005 I usually use.
I dig all the stuff you dudes are doing! Keep it up!
Did more on the dragon guy, quick random bug dude, and then went back and added a few more dots to an old pic to flesh it out some more.
That bug fellow's eyes are great. I love all this crazy linework.
