Nothing to compare with yours of the past few years. Which is evident because that was CLEARLY not the point i was making in either subject.Quote:

EDIT: You know, I'm not actually positive this is the same case, but I'm leaning toward yes. I'm just hoping that this isn't the kind of thing that's happened more than once.

I guess it's good he did this before he got addicted to horse :DQuote:

Every head shop has that kind of thing going on. It's not really good business to advertise or even talk about bongs, which implies using them for illicit purposes. One place in baltimore will even kick you out of the store for saying "bong" or "bowl" instead of "water pipe" or "pipe".Quote:

Drug paraphnelia is ILLEGAL. Im sure the only reason stores that sell them exist is because of some loophole in the law that says they can be sold provided the primary purpose is not for drug consumption. If people walk around your store talking about how you can smoke the finest herb with it, you WILL get arrested and your assets seized.
The drug war is no joke (sadly), the Feds can seize everything you own that you may have acquired from drug-related money, including your house, car, etc. What, you think undercover agents don't frequent the stores?
