I have seen this one, it has pretty good gore effects.

In the words of Deiter.......truly distuuurbing.

Even more so when you've seen it happen.

These are awesome. The ladder one was top notch. The mom falling through the coffee table one is so ridiculous.

The shower guy one is just plain sad. I think he broke his neck. :(
