If the VC doesn't have online multiplayer for the games than I could care less. However if it does I'm all over that.

I wrote a quasi-editorial on the importance of the Virtual Console's interface. If you're interested, it's here.
The key to making VC more attractive than emulation is making it easier and more polished. I'll gladly pay dollars per game if the interface is clean, attractive, and most of all easy/fast to access.
All those extra options you hate about emulators are what them superior to existing classic compilations. You are correct though that there needs to be an extremely user friendly system for the Virtual Console to be successful to the masses. I'm sure Nintendo realizes this.
My only concern is that we're going to end up with that ugly filtered look that plagues compilations(and the Game Boy Player) on the current consoles. At least with emulation on PC you can set them to look more like the real thing.
And overpriced on ebay heh. But yea your right, but at least it will have hopefully a few updated features. I'm hoping for a graphics update, and having the possibility of using the Wii controller.Quote:

I doubt everything will ever be playable on VC (due to licensing, etc).
i feel like we're hitting some kind of climax, though. it makes me thing of that time in the 90's where arcades were all "oh, virtual reality games are the new thing" like that one where you put that thing on your head and turned around like you were in a tank. i can't remember the name. but...yeah...maybe nintendo's really heading in the right direction and we just can't see it yet.Quote:
