As far as I can tell Gamestop doesn't actually take back the DOA stick as "DOA Stick".

It's "XB360 Controller Wired - Other(USED)"

That's why it was so cheap.

I knew this wasn't going to work, but i thought i'd try it anyways, I pluged my DC/PS2/Saturn USB adapter into the 360, then pluged a Saturn controller into the adapter to see if it'll work.....sadly, it didn't! :(

SF2 is simpley not playable with the 360 controllers, and i hate charge based characters(with the exception of Bison). I did a search for a 360 USB controller adapters and i couldn't find any. Does anyone if such things exsist for the 360?

It's that signature thing that Microsoft insisted be placed on all 360 controllers to ensure "quality" that is causing you these problems.
