Just because something references obscure old things does not make it funny, good or worthwhile.

Also, Jonas defending the quality of shows he recognizes as children's programming confirms just about everything people on TNL have always said about him.

A lot of people force themselves to laugh at idiots who overact things and say gobbly gook but with a certain tone like it should make sense and be funny. It's the same kind of hivemind shared delusion that the Nazis used.

I agree a lot of kids watch the Simpsons but there are I would say about 60% material they won't understand. They watch it and laugh because Homer does crazy things but they don't really understand who Sting is, or why Homer killing James Bond is funny.

If I ever found a place where people didn't like me, I probably wouldn't keep going back there.

Ah, you're on to me. Probably not, but do you honestly think I stay up crying at night because losers on TNL don't like me?

If you follow my post history it probably shows more of how I try to egg people on by being 'Jonas' to get a reaction. It's fun and it usually ends in laughs. It's similar to this - I highly doubt diffusionx is that big of an asshole in real life, the dude would be dead if he was.

freakazoid the character, yes sucked. But the show had lots of funny stuff in it, like having that gay pedo old man from lost in space voice the butler, or that cop that would always come up at the climax of the show and want to go get ice cream or go fold laundry. Oh and that scotsman.
