Yeah, I was thinking they based it on the Yume Penguin Monogatari version of Pentarou too. The Parodius one isn't as chubby and the original Antarctic Adventure one is black instead of blue.

What's the big purple guy in the top corner? And the green knight thing next to him? And the little amorphous pink blob woman under the bird from NEw Zealand Story? those are the only ones I don't know.
