Yeah, that really threw me off. He baked a man's head with a hand buzzer for Christ's sake.
I seriously doubt Ledger's Joker is going to be.. well, very funny.

Ledger's Joker is really growing on me. I really, really dig the look and can't wait to see how he plays it onscreen.
As for Jack's Joker, he was fucking awesome. How was he not vicious or chilling? What's more chilling than a guy who casually kills people and cares so little about it that he remains happy and jovial the whole time?
I mean, the part when he has that girl take off her mask and her face is hideously scarred and Joker's just all like "she's my living piece of art, isn't that great, lol." I mean, that was perfect.
Not saying Ledger should play it like that, however. In fact, I hope he doesn't. It's been done.
There are so many "versions" of the Joker, I don't know how you can think it's so cut-and-dry. It's like trying to nail down a singular version of Dracula. This new one is more along the lines of "Arkham Asylum" than anything else. Just happens that that's my least favorite incarnation.
Nicolson was spot-on for a particular view of the character. You're thick in the head if you can't sort that out.
Jackie N's Joker was more enjoyable for me than any time I had seen him in the comics. The rapport between him and batman was amazing, and really pulls you into the movie. Bear in mind I saw that movie for the first time after batman begins, and still think it is the superior of the two.
I am glad they are not trying to beat him at that style, because that would be a terrible failure.
omg Dead link.
Try this.
Sounds like a neat preview.
Why don't you ever quote the god damn things? Fucking copy paste, jesus.
