I hate the words, "decent pay." However, if the benefits are truly good (hello, I'm your vision plan and I cover your frames entirely, even if you get that extra crap you don't need), they can usually outweigh the decent pay, which is probably like 12-14 an hour, which is sub-decent but considered decent by employers.

That said, sounds like a fun job, especially being able to work and live in SF. On weekends you can drive down to Monterey and chill in Carmel at the Hogsbreath Inn. That would rock so hard.
