Yeah, see I'm having a pool party for Christmas, but since it's too cold for anyone to get in the pool, and we have a DJ slinging dubstep, I thought we could put a couple amps in the pool and get some wicked bass!
Don't troll one of the last three safe threads, bitch.
Snagged this beastly 24" K Light Ride off craigslist. Been looking for one for around 6 months and haggled my way down to $200.

By haggle, do you mean putting a gun to the dude's head? I've always like those rides, but they were always out of my price range. That's a steal!
I'll teach you how to haggle. Hail to the king, baby.
Craigslist is great for that. I just show up with 25% less than the haggled price in cash and they always just take it.
When I was selling my LCD TV years ago, I sent several people home empty handed because they tried that on me. Some people like to include sob stories.
In & out imo I don't fucking know these people and I don't want to.
I make a point of being their friend, and talking a little bit of shop. You can tell that some people need that, and it softens people up. I always keep 60% of the purchase price in my front left pocket. 20% in my back left pocket, and 20% in my front right. This is after I've already gotten them to agree to a price I am comfortable with. While talking with them/juicing them up, I'll move the money around so I can pull out the proper sum and say "here's what I've got, you in?"
I've never had someone not take it.
Ryan. I would have gotten your TV for way less than you wanted to sell it for, and you would have felt good about it. Maybe even great.
Not even swinging dicks, I RULE at this. Ask Type Ryan about the dude that "traded" me a Bassman Ten for my Ampeg Gemini. Dude delivered the amp to me, got hosed on the trade, AND gave me money AND gave me an EQ pedal AND left super fucking stoked. I used that Bassman Ten to record this record. I talked to him a few months ago, and he is still super happy... loves the Gemini, rocks the bedroom with it.
Granted... the Bassman did catch on fire recently, but I could throw it in the dumpster and stil come out ahead.
