Hello! I have a Strat now and am selling my Orange, LaFayette and Reverberocket. I'm also working on my first 'product'. Which will be a fuzz pedal. I will leave you with a fun photo from our last session:

I would probably take that lafayette or whatever. thats the NOT A UNIVOX.. Right?
-
St. George the Knight took his last ride today. Time of death 12:17.
Cheeks or Pa... want to take a crack at it? It is like my Double Death Bastard. Tubes run off wall current. My guy put a transformer in it, and it blows something every time you turn it on. It blew out the power in the whole block where my guy's shop is.
Up for a challenge? It's dead, so I don't give a fuck if you break it more. I have a real attachment to this fucker... I want to play it. :(
If you can fix it, I'll pay parts and labor. If not, I wanna stick a Champ in the enclosure... Unless you can totally rebuild it? I've no idea what I'm talking about.

I still don;t go near high voltages. I'm hoping to build an amp from a kit this year (I know I said that last year too and maybe the year before) but we'll see how it goes with all this product stuff. Speaking of which I now have my first prototype in pedal form. It is awesome. It still needs just a tad more tinkering as I believe I've set the gain on the outgoing stage a little bit too high. I was going for high as possible but I may have overshot the mark. It's less than 24 hours old so maybe I was just trippin last night.
And yeah, that LaFayette is a Univox. I think the Uni model is 1235 or 1225 or something. It's the bass amp from '68. I think it's 45 watts. Mine has some very fucking righteous vintage Celestion silvers in the cab so I'll probably start with a high price. Like $500 for the head and cab. It's in great shape. It was mint but some time in the last few weeks it got it's first little tiny ding.

Ohms output please sir? I may only want the head... would you consider splitting it up? Got any pics, I only sort of remember it? Guitar or bass speakers in the cab? Also, has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?
I will never get rid of my St. George... so if you ever find yourself unafraid of death, let me know. If it is truly dead, and I can't fit a Champ in that fucker I'll replace the speakers with proper hi-fi speakers, and it'll be the center speaker for my eventual 5.1 setup.
-
Guitar speakers. I won't split it though. The head is in that stack picture I posted yesterday or whenever. It's pretty cool but not mind blowing.
-
if you get a chance could you snap a pic of the cab, and the ding? I think I already found a guy over here that would probably take the cab. 2x12? 4x12? I can't remember shit.
-
Also, I'm not using a lot of distortion these days. Can that head get Fenderish? It looks like a Sunn, kinda.
-
It's way clean but not exactly that bright Fender thing. The cab is 2x12. I'll be over there tomorrow and I'll take a pic and video n stuff.
