Ninja Commando came out on AES and Neo CD. I didn't like it that much, kinda meh.

Agreed. One of my all-time favs. Mamy fond memories of playing that game at the local Y when I was in sixth grade. Love it so much bought a Time Soldiers kit (with controllers and all) a few years back. Still need a cab for it, when I get some extra money.

The game is amazing and I remember that was the first time I saw a game with those rotary joysticks.

One of my arcade cabinets at some point in its life was a Time Soldiers cab as it had a bunch of the paperwork, a partial overlay, and some other misc crap from the kit inside.
